In order to access the contingent rooms at the Maritim Hotel that have been reserved for the conference you have to proceed in the following way:

1. Decide about your personal days of arrival and departure. (possible are two days before and after the conference on the 8th and 9th of November 2002.)

3. Await their confirmation and pay the desired way. The special single room rate with VAT included is 139,- € . For the double room the rate would be 165,- €.
