The ESWC (e.V.)
is a Non-Profit association, that assists Software authors, increases their
comprehension of the market and answers some of their questions. Therefore we
strive to strengthen this market and support it in the best possible way.
How to register:
Details on how to register for the European Software Conference in November 2010 in Vienna, Austria will be published in December 2009/January 2010. Options* in 2009 included:
1. Pay online
The registration fee is:
€ 165 - Euro
Full conference registration (including two networking
dinners at the Conference hotel on Saturday and Sunday.)
Shareit or Avangate
or
€ 55 Basic registration
Full conference registration (without networking dinners)
Shareit or Avangate
2. Sign up with the form. And please confirm in an extra legally binding email to David Boventer that you will pay the registration fee on arrival. Please note that we have to charge an extra banking fee of € 5,- per registration for that.
3. Pay through wire to the bank account of the ESWC (e.V.) at Commerzbank Brühl in Germany. Depending on you bank and country of origin this may result in extra costs for you.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration of the European Software Conference is non refundable after October 18, 2009. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent - with reading confirmation - by email to the address dboventer@euroconference.info or faxed to +49 721 - 151 - 575954. All written cancellations must be received at the address of the ESWC (e.V.) by October 18, 2009. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference.
Networking Dinner Conditions:
At 07:30 pm on Saturday and at 08.:00 p.m. on Sunday until latest 11:00 p.m. there will be the networking dinner. These two networking dinners at the Conference Hotel Kempinski (with one beverage) are included with the full conference registration.
