European Software Conference

The ESWC (e.V.) welcomes you to become a Sponsor of the European Software Conference. The 8th annual European Software Conference will take place on the 8th and 9th of November in Berlin, Germany. As the only European annual event for companies employing the shareware marketing model, the ESWC offers a unique and unrivalled opportunity for software developers, distribution companies and service providers to come together, exchange ideas and work together.

Previous years have seen a steady increase in the number of attendees, and what began as little more than an exploratory experiment has blossomed into a vibrant and established event. The ESWC is built on the basis of offering and sharing opportunities, and our policy has been to keep the costs down to an absolute minimum, so as to encourage the participation of even the smallest and newest of companies. We therefore rely heavily on the support and generosity of our sponsors to help subsidise the cost, so as to continue to keep the event open to all who wish to participate.

By signing up as sponsor you declare that you agree with conditions as shown below. - independent from the actual sending of the contract in written form. B. Additional sponsoring options

1. Direct Marketing operations
Adding a four line add text to the quarterly newsletter of the ESWC e.V.(first come, first serve)

2. Advertisement
Ads and inserts in the important conference brochure (additionally or extra to sponsoring package). The brochure is distributed to all participants and additional interested parties (e.g. on Teched). The sizes are:

Quarter of a page (1/4) 19 cm (Centimeter) width and 7 cm height;
Half a page (1/2) : 19 cm (Centimeter) width and 14 cm (Centimeter) height;
One full page (1) : 19 cm (Centimeter!) width and 28 cm
(Centimeter!)height.

3. Press activities supporting the ESWC 2008 and the Epsilon Award 2008. Press information inclusion (mentioning twice your company and service) will be provided in all important magazines and newspapers in the IT sector when informing the public about the upcoming and announced winner. (Press service in cooperation with Al Harberg from DPDirectory)

4. Badges and lanyards for the ESWC 2007 in Berlin (can only be paid once - first come, first serve)

6. Event sponsoring for Friday evening (Minimum 700 €) and Saturday evening (Minimum 1.500 €) - upon negotiation and depending on intended scope of event.
